Author Guideline
General Requirements

Manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Sains, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan must be original scholarly works that have not been previously published and are not under consideration for publication in any other journal.

Authors are fully responsible for the content of their manuscripts, including the accuracy of data, compliance with research ethics, and the originality of the work.

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process before a publication decision is made.
-
Published articles become part of the journal archive and may not be republished in any form without permission from the Editorial Board.
-
Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal's policies or formatting requirements may be returned to the authors for revision before entering the review process.

The journal welcomes manuscripts from a broad range of disciplines related to science, technology, and education, including but not limited to science education, mathematics education, physics education, chemistry education, biology education, STEM and STEAM education, educational technology, digital learning, computer science, artificial intelligence, information technology, engineering, environmental science, curriculum development, instructional design, educational assessment, educational management, vocational education, and interdisciplinary research in science, technology, and education.
Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).

Manuscripts may be written in English or Indonesian.
-
Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1.5 line spacing.
-
Paper size must be A4 (21 cm × 29.7 cm).
-
Margins should be 2.5 cm on all sides.
-
Manuscripts should be approximately 4,000–8,000 words, excluding references.
-
Pages must be numbered consecutively.
Title
-
The title should clearly and accurately reflect the content of the research.
-
The title should not exceed 20 words.
-
The title must be written in bold.
-
Avoid using uncommon abbreviations whenever possible.
Author Information
-
Author names should be written below the title without academic or professional titles.
-
The institutional affiliation of each author must be provided.
-
The corresponding author's email address must be included.
-
Authors should be listed according to their contributions to the research.
-
Authors are strongly encouraged to provide their ORCID ID.

The abstract should not exceed 250 words.

Manuscripts written in Indonesian must include abstracts in both Indonesian and English.

Introduction
The Introduction should explain:

Results
Research findings should be presented clearly using text, tables, and figures where appropriate.
Discussion
The discussion should interpret the findings, compare them with previous studies, and explain the implications, strengths, and limitations of the study.
Conclusion
The conclusion should be concise, clear, and directly address the research objectives. Recommendations may be provided where appropriate.
Tables and Figures

Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively.

Every table and figure must have a clear and descriptive title.
-
Tables should be editable and must not be submitted as images.
-
Figures should have sufficient resolution and quality for publication.
References

Most references should be taken from scholarly publications published within the last ten years.
-
At least 80% of the references should be derived from peer-reviewed journals.
-
Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.

Citations and references must follow the APA Style (7th Edition).

Publication Ethics
Jurnal Sains, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan follows the publication ethics standards established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Authors must ensure that:

The manuscript is original.

The manuscript is free from plagiarism in any form.

Research data are reported honestly and accurately.

Research involving human participants or animals has received approval from the appropriate ethics committee, where applicable.

Informed consent has been obtained whenever required.
Manuscript Submission
All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's Online Journal System (OJS) available on the official journal website. Authors are required to register an account and complete all stages of the online submission process according to the journal's submission guidelines.
